Wayne Saylor, 70, husband of Hazel Lowery Saylor, died Sunday, August 15, 2021, at his home. He was born in Bell County, Kentucky, on January 13, 1951, to the late John L. Saylor and Geneva Mae Davis Saylor. He is survived by a brother, Roger Saylor (Jackie), and two sisters, Annie Guy (Sam) and Connie Clay. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Saylor. Services will be 1:00 PM, Monday, August 23, 2021, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Clinton Hurt and Bro. Richard Stipe officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until time of service on Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Online guestbook at www.BettsandWestfuneralhome.com
