He was born on October 8, 1960 in Fairmont, West Virginia to Philip Tod Burton and Doris Arlene Smith Burton. Timothy worked as a General Manager for Glen Auto Mall. Survivors include daughter, Lauren Nicole Gyukery (Josh) and son, Matthew Derek Burton (Annalee) grandson, Patton Alexander Burton, and a sister, Catherine Sue Burton Jones.
