Timothy Grant Spencer, 63, husband of Debra Kaye Hamilton Spencer, died, Monday, January 16, 2023, in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born in Alabama on July 19, 1959, to the late James Spencer and the late Jean Landrum Spencer. Survivors include two daughters, Crystal Dawn Spencer, and Patricia Kaye Spencer, brother, Danny Spencer, sister, Pamela Kay McDougal, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
