Thomas Dale Wade

Thomas Dale Wade, 68, of Sulphur Well Road, Nicholasville, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Baptist Health. He was born in Nicholasville on January 5, 1954, to Mary Ruth Masters Wade and the late Thomas Edward Wade. Thomas is survived by two sons, Michael (Twana) Wade and Clifford Cole Wade, two daughters, Amy (Randy) Collins and Grace (Josh) Fite, their mother, Chelsea Wade, one brother, Barry Wade, and eight grandchildren. Services will be 12:00 PM Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Bales officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Bearers will be Michael Wade, B.J.
