Terry R. Smith, 62, husband of Regina Blake Smith died Wednesday, November 1, 2017 after a long illness. He was born in Boyle County, Kentucky on March 31, 1955 to the late Raymond Smith and Norma Carson Smith. He is also survived by a son, Daniel Smith and other family members.
