Nicholasville-Susie B. Wells, 100, widow of William Wells, of Edgewood Drive, died April 4, 2008 at her home. She was a native of Jessamine County, born September 28, 1907. Survivors include a son in law, Walter Owens, a brother, Allen Moore, four grandchildren, Darrell and Daron Willis, Terry Lakes and Dale Owens, five great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three children, Joyce Beecham Knobs, Carl Willis and Marjorie F. Owens. Services will be Tuesday April 8, 2008 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Shields.
