Steven Ray Saylor, 43, lost his battle with lung disease on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Rockcastle Respiratory Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on July 31, 1975 to Jerry Lee Saylor and Deborah Kay Humphrey Johnson. In addition to his parents he is survived by two children, Jordan Lee Edward Saylor and Paula Forbes and a sister, Regina McIntosh.
