Steven John Smith

Steven John Smith, 50, fiancé of Melinda Rose Combs, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023, at his home in Nicholasville. He was born in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, on September 17, 1972, to Steven Henry Smith and Lucy Madden Smith. Steven was a self-employed machinist. He is survived by his parents, Steven and Lucy; fiancée, Melinda; sons, Steven Jacob Smith (Kim Horton), and Lewis Gabriel Smith; sisters, Michelle Moore, Patricia Abney, and Angela Smith; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other family members to mourn his passing. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 17, at Lake Mingo in Nicholasville. Betts & West is honored to serve Steven and his family in their time of need.
