Stephen Lee Basham, age 61, passed away March 25, 2016 in Wilmore, Kentucky. He was born October 18, 1954 in Breckenridge, Kentucky to the late Frank and Judy Shelton Basham. He was the former owner operator of Basham Heating and Cooling and also worked for Corman Excavating as a heavy equipment operator. Stephen is survived by two sons Stephen Scott (Wendy Michelle Preston) and William Chase (Amanda) Basham, one grandchild Hillary Renee Basham, one great grandchild Gage Stephen Adcock, one sister Kim Johnson (Mike) Price, one niece Kim Gooch and one nephew Stephen Gooch. He is also preceded in death by one son Chad Brandon Basham. Funeral service will be conducted at 1PM Monday, April 4, 2016 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Leonard Fitch officiating.
