Stella Ann Miller, 69, wife to Rick Wayne passed Monday September 4, 2018. Born in Fayette County, to Bob Stinnett and Evelyn Bradley, Stella was a homemaker. She is survived by her two sons, Chad (Kristy) and Mike Sturgill II, stepson Brandon Miller, and sister Sharon (Lonnie) Kay Staton. Funeral services will be Monday at 10:00AM, Betts and West Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
