Shirley Ann Winner

Shirley Ann Lay Winner, 84, widow of Glen Winner, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at her home in Owenton. She was born in Casey County on October 15, 1937, to the late Virgil Ray Lay and Bessie Luttrell Lay. She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Olson (David), six grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, Glen, she is preceded in death by a son, Phillip Miller, a daughter, Peggy Sue Miller Denny, and six siblings. Burial will happen at a later date, where she will be reunited with her husband at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Betts & West is honored to serve Shirley and her family in their time of need.
