Sherry Melissa Lee Cummins, 50, wife of Charles Cummins, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018, at the UK Medical Center. She was born on June 6, 1968 in Monroe, Michigan to the late Marion Lee Jr and Carmen Smith who survives. She is survived by her step father Vernon Smith, one son Avery Green, one daughter Carmen Green, one brother Donald (Lisa) Lee, one sister Shelia Oaks, two step brothers Brian (Linda) Smith and Derek (Shannon) Smith, four step sons Charles McKee, Marcus Allen, Zackary McKee, Michael Allen and one step daughter Christina Dumphrid. Funeral service will be conducted at 11AM Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis McClanahan officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
