Sheila H Klaber

July 27, 1963 — September 9, 2021

Sheila H. Klaber, 58, widow of Charles Klaber, died Thursday, September 9, 2021, at St Joseph Hospice Care Unit in Lexington, Kentucky, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Johnson County, Kentucky on July 27, 1963, to the late Darrell I. Howard and Betty L. Gullett. Besides leaving behind her sweet Momma, to whom she was deeply devoted to, is her greatest accomplishments, her two sons, Christopher Thom (Amber), and Michael Thom(Jessica), her greatest joy in life, her granddaughter, Rosie Thom, her two sisters she adored, Regina Zimmer and Linnea Howard. and her special bonus Mother and Spiritual Mom, Lorraine Howard, many Uncles and Aunts, including her special Aunt Panzy Deyton. Also, several nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved so dearly, and a host of friends, including her sweet sister in law, Nancy Thom, and close friend, Trina Williams. Sheila was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, Luther Howard and Rosie Alice Howard (better known as "Mam Howard"), Salyersville, Maternal Grandparents, Earl and Ruby Gullett (Ohio), and sister Trena Lynn Holbrook, Prestonsburg. Sheila deeply loved her family, and was always checking in on everyone. She always greeted you with a smile that lit up a room, and did her best to help anyone she could. She loved to organize get-togethers or outings, bringing friends and family together to celebrate life and each other. She loved cooking and baking food, and loved sharing it. She was well known for cooking huge meals for holidays and inviting those who may have otherwise spent it alone. Sheila was an avid UK Cats fan, and wore her UK Blue often. She had an eye for a bargain, and was known for scoring "the" favorite gift. She had a heart for people, but also gave frequently to Animal Shelters, and ultimately met their beloved 4 legged fur baby. Sheila and Charlie rescued and loved wholeheartedly, the infamous "Sunny Sue". Sheila will be sorely missed, and will always be remembered lovingly. The family would like to thank each and everyone who has helped in any way, or reached out with kindness, it is greatly appreciated.
