Sharon Kay Hurst

Sharon Kay Hurst, 60, of Frederick Rd., Nicholasville, passed away Monday, June 8, 2021, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on April 1, 1961, to the late Earnest and Katherine Marie Gardner Mulcahy. She was retired from Chase Publishing and was a member of the New Hope Fellowship Church. Sharon is survived by one son, Taylor (Natasha) Hurst, one daughter, Tiffany (Willie) Howard, one brother, Darrell (Susan) Mulcahy, one sister, Linda Peel, and two grandchildren, Arianna Howard and Kinsley Hurst. She was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Mulcahy and a sister, Shirley Mulcahy. Services will be 1:00 PM Monday at New Hope Fellowship Church with Pastor Richard Stipe officiating. Bearers will be David Peel, Greg Peel, Carlos Peel, Willie Howard, Darrell Mulcahy, and Taylor Hurst. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-8 PM at the church.
