Scott Lee Ray McCloud, 46, of Parkville, Maryland, and formerly of Nicholasville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on February 17, 1977, to Ronnie Thacker and Bonnie Wiggs Thacker. He is survived by his parents, his husband, Tzvi “T.C.” Chaim McCloud, a sister, Stephanie Thacker, and a brother, DeWayne (Angie) Thacker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews William Tibbs, Tyler Freeman, Lilly Smallwood, and Kimberly Powell, one great niece, Skyler Kirk, and one great nephew, Cainan Kirk.
