Robert Lay, 59, of Logana Pike, Nicholasville, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Baptist Health in Lexington. Robert was born in Lexington, Kentucky on December 25, 1962 to the late Vertriece and Eula Callahan Lay. Robert is survived by a brother-in-law, Paul McCarty. Robert was preceded in death by two brothers, Butch and Clinton Lay, and two sisters, Becky McCarty and Valeria Lay Marshall. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Maple Grove Cemetery. Betts & West Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
