Ricky Ray "Dale" Clouse

Nicholasville-Ricky Ray 'Dale' Clouse, 48, husband of Tammy Sublett Clouse of Wilmore Road, died from injuries sustained in an accident. He was a brick mason for many years. He was the son of Geneva Cutter Duke and the late Earnest Clouse. Additional survivors include a child, William Johnny Allen Clouse, a granddaughter, Raven Campbell, two brothers, Benny and Chuck Clouse and a sister, Brenda Gorman. Services will be 11:00am Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Stipe. Burial will be in Locust Hill Memorial Cemetery in Olive Hill. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Monday.
