Richard Verl Cuzick, 66, husband of Connie White Cuzick, died Thursday, September 23, 2021, at his home. He was born in Jessamine County, Kentucky to the late Robert Lee Jefferson Cuzick and Irene Lay Cuzick. He is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Allen Cuzick (Amber) and Dennis Wayne Cuzick and brothers, Stevie Cuzick and Tommy Cuzick and a sister, Hallie Cuzick LaCour. No services are planned at this time.
