Richard Glenn Barnes

Richard Glenn Barnes, 61, husband of Tammy Barnes, died Friday, April 1, 2022, at his home on Sugar Creek Pike in Nicholasville, Kentucky. He was born May 25, 1960, in Lexington, Kentucky, to the late T.G. Barnes and Nettie Coy Barnes. Richard was a mechanic and truck driver. Survivors include his son, Brandon Barnes, (Katie), brothers Ernie Barnes (Tammy) and Otha Barnes, sisters Denise Hardin (Mike) and Debbie Isaacs, and a granddaughter, Riley Barnes, step-son Jason Feigel and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Jane Montgomery and Nancy Gray. Services will be at noon, Friday, April 8, 2022, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Lee Baltzer officiating.
