Phillip Matthew Mitchell, 28, son of Robert Kurt Mitchell and Brenda Lea Tepley Mitchell, passed Tuesday, October 10, 2017. He was born February 2, 1989 in Lexington, KY. He was a political junkie, having a Masters Degree in Political Science. Phillip liked to play and watch UK basketball and the Vikings football team. He is also survived by three sisters, Michelle Ashley Mitchell, Madison-Rhea O’Dessah Mitchell, and Zhealy Anna Mitchell, a brother, Stephen Andrew (Samira) Mitchell, maternal grandfather, Theron Tepley, and other family members.
