Orphie Angela Campbell Stewart, 47, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at her home in Nicholasville, Kentucky. She was born in Wolfe County, Kentucky, on November 10, 1976, to the late Dale and Frances Hall Campbell. She is survived by her son, Kaden Stewart, and a stepson, David Lee Stewart.
