Nina Faye Guffey Crowe, age 84, widow of Bennie Crowe, who passed on June 10, 2005, died on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Nicholasville Health and Rehabilitation on Sparks Avenue in Nicholasville, Kentucky. She was born in Monticello, Kentucky, on June 2, 1941, the daughter of the late Walter Guffey and Iola Coyle Guffey. Nina had retired from Rand McNally and was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her home and her children. Survivors include two children, a daughter, Patricia Hager, and her husband, Louis of Nicholasville, and a son, Michael Crowe, and his wife, Ginny of Lexington, and eight grandchildren, Rebekah (Corey) Hager, Jacob (Dana) Hager, Jordan (Justin) Cartwright, William Crowe, Brandon Crowe, Sarah Crowe, Emma Crowe and Haley (William) Slugantz, as well as two great grandchildren, Willa and William Slugantz, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Crowe, twin infant daughters, Connie and Bonnie Crowe, and seven brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Stipe officiating. The interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Bearers will be Michael Crowe, Brandon Crowe, William Crowe, Jacob Hager, Bobby Sams, and Jonathan Watts.
