Nancy Gail Shivel Wynters

Nancy Gail Shivel, age 79, known as Jazz Singer, Gail Wynters, passed away Friday, February 19, 2021 at Baptist Health Lexington. Gail was born in Ashland, Kentucky on February 17, 1942 to the late Arthur Shivel and Maxine Miller Shivel. Survivors include two sons, William Franklin “Tripp” Bratton (Andrea Denise Hunter) and Artie Peel Bratton (Amy Cecilia Bratton), three sisters, Janet Edmon (James), Roseann Taylor and Beverly “Bunny” Fitch (Roger) and a grandchild, Avery Cecilia Bratton.
