Minnie Lynn Spickard Noel, 84, widow of Clyde Parker Noel, died Sunday, February 9, 2014. She was born June 24, 1929 in Lexington, KY to Sylvester and Lydia Mae Sullivan Spickard. She was a member of Landmark Christian Church. Survivors are three children, Bill (Alice) Lynn, Janet (Gregg) Giles, Carolyn (David) Duncan, special sister, Joyce Griffith, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and other family members.
