Mattie Alice Faulkner, 85 passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Wolfe County, Kentucky on April 20, 1936, to the late Ova Faulkner and Larlie Perry Chenault. She is survived by a son, William Rarick of Wilmore, Kentucky, granddaughter, Crystal Rarick, three great grandchildren.
