Marvin Thomas West

Marvin Thomas West, age 83, died Sunday, December 6, 2020 at his home on Figg Lane in Wilmore, Kentucky. He was born in Jessamine County, Kentucky to the late Clarence West and Clyde Wilhoite West. He was retired from the Jessamine County School System where he worked in Maintenance and was a Block Mason. Survivors include a son, James (Angela Miller) West, grandchildren, James E. West, Ryan Neal Shell, Michelle Faye West and Thomas Neal Steele, sisters, Faye Welch, Billie McGrann, and Gloria McConathy. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Alisha Shell. Private Services will be Friday, December 11, 2020 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Leonard Fitch officiating. Interment will be in Wilmore Cemetery.
