Margaret “Libby” Elizabeth Waters Moore, age 65, loving wife of David Wayne Moore of 48 years, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Mayfair Manor Nursing Home in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born on August 17, 1960, in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Buford Waters and Daisy Hancock Waters. Margaret was a homemaker who loved taking care of her home and family. In addition to her husband, David, she is survived by a daughter, Angela Young and her husband, Gary. She is preceded in death by a son, David Allen Moore. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, on Monday, January 5, 2026, at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Bearers will be Gary T. Young, Gary L. Young, Scott Canter, David Sauls, John Mattmiller and .
