Lucian Earl Hamilton, 78, died December 25, 2007. He was born December 23, 1930 in Danville, KY to the late Roy and Josie May Gaffney Hamilton. Earl was a long time employee of Foxtail Farm. Survivors are a sister, Barbara Noe and her husband Clyde, his special brother in law-Nicholasvile, two brothers, Jerry Goforth-Nicholasville, Robert Bray-Midway, three nieces, Betty Brim, Barbara Lowe, Connie Davies, four nephews, Rickey, Lonnie and David Noe and Bobby Bray. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Stella Brim and a brother, Billy Hamilton. Services will be 2:00 PM Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Barnes officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 5 until 8 PM at the funeral home. Bearers will be Rickey, Lonnie and David Noe, Bobby Bray, Willie and David Todd.
