Lori Marie Embry

Lori Marie Embry, 54, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026, at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

She was born on March 13, 1972, in Lexington, Kentucky, to the late Gary Embry and Pauletta Embry (Locker).

Lori is survived by her loving daughter, Adrianna Nease (Elijah Weisenbach); her three beautiful grandchildren, Amelia Rae, Silas Edward, and Layla Elizabeth; her nephew, Braden Embry; her cousin, who was like a sister, Tabatha Wake (William Wake); her uncle, Eddy (Sharon) Locker; and her aunt, Laura Locker. She also leaves behind numerous cousins, as well as many children who were like her own and loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Chad Embry; her grandmothers, Shirley and Pearl; and her grandfathers, Paul and Harold.

A memorial service will be held at Faith United Church at a later date. The family will share updates on the time and day once arrangements have been finalized.  Betts & West Funeral Home is honored to serve Lori and the Embry family in their time of need.
