Lenora Corman Stinnett

Nicholasville-Lenora Corman Stinnett, 73, widow of Vernon Stinnett, died July 5, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Sherman and Susie Anderson Corman. Mrs. Stinnett was a retired nurse from the VA Medical Center. Survivors include a son, Darrell (Sherry)Stinnett; two daughters, Melissa (Kent) McKay and Brenda (Bill) Walter; grandchildren, Michael Stinnett, Ashley Walter, Jessica Walter, Elijah 'EJ' McKay, Jude McKay, Soren McKay, and Kevin Stinnett; brothers, Buford Corman and Knight Corman; and sisters, Carolyn Stinnett and Thelma Teater. She was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Parr Taylor; and brothers, Gilbert, Marion, Ronald and Sherman Corman. Services will be 1:00pm Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Price officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9pm today and from 10am until service time Friday.
