He was born on August 14, 1967, in Winchester, Kentucky, to the late Kenneth Ray Grugin and Carolyn Dean Goins Grugin. He is survived by two sons, Brandon T. Grugin and Travis Grugin, both of Georgetown, Kentucky. The family has chosen cremation, and no services are scheduled at this time.
