Kelly Ann Bray Steppes, 38, wife of Ramone Arthur Mack Steppes, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2025, in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in the state of Washington on July 24, 1986, the daughter of the late Kelly Bray. She is survived by her husband, Ramone; and daughters, Cheyanne Leigh Steppes and Maddison Opal Steppes.
