Karen Terrell Shanks, 68 passed away September 22, 2021, at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born in Barbourville, Kentucky on July 21, 1953, to the late Harris Terrell and the late Lola Faye Black Terrell. She is survived by husband Bart Shanks, son, Mark Rodgers and other family members and friends. The family had chosen cremation for her services.
