Julia Sue Jessie Johns

Julia Sue Jessie Johns, 70, widow of Kenneth Ray Jessie and June Edward Johns, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on January 24, 1953, to the late John Denton and Stella Wilkerson. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Sue King (Charles), Connie Lynn Hale Higdon (Steve), and Maryann Phillips (Meril); brother, Charles “Buster” Denton; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She is preceded by her husbands, Kenneth, and June; sisters, Helen Goforth, Joann Vest, and Mary Shelton; as well as brothers, Tom Denton, Allen Denton, and Bill Denton.
