Judy Francis Smith, 53, wife of Ralph Vernon smith Jr., passed, Sunday, March 4, 2018. She was born July 27, 1964 in Fayette County to the late Asble and Ethel Griffith Smith. Also survived by two daughters, Rhonda and Stacy Smith, six grandchildren, Kirsten, Gracie , and Paul Hall, Kaylee, Natalie, and Elza Devine, four sisters, three brothers, and other family members.
