Joyce Alice Warner Walter, 82, wife of Richard Walter, passed away Monday, October 24, 2022, at her home in Wilmore. She was born in Jessamine County on October 5, 1940, to the late Ray Warner and Christine Clark Warner. In addition to her husband, Richard, she is survived by her daughter, Christy Hager (Dude); brother, Gary Wayne Warner; grandchildren, Jaclyn Hager, and A. Leigh Hager; and her beloved fur baby, Rocky. She is preceded by her son, Daryl Richard Walter, and one fur baby, Tuff. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 28, at Betts & West Funeral Home, with Bro. Bill Bales officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the time of service, Friday, at the funeral home. Betts & West is honored to serve the Walter family in their time of need.
