John "Hawk" Reece

John "Hawk" Reece, born in Dayton, Ohio April 14th, 1950, died in Lexington, Kentucky, October 18th, 2022.

Survived by his wife Lauren, his daughter Aja (Cedric), step-son Graeme (Jessica), son Dwayne (Roxanne), twin brother Jerry (Telitha), sister Sharon, and grandchildren Aliyah, Adam Miles, Courtney, Dwayne Jr, Tony and a host of other grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Preceded in death by his mother Geraldine, his father Kitrell, brother Eugene, sister Rosa and sons Tony and John. John had many good friends including Ike, Mack, and Coach.

John loved his Pittsburgh Steelers and knew all things Miles Davis and his music. John was a bird lover and could be found talking with his parrot Paco on a daily basis.
