John Francis Simeone

John Francis Simeone, 68, of Lakeview Drive, Nicholasville, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He was born on December 25, 1953. John was retired from the United States Army, where he was Grand Marshall of the United States Karate Association. He also attended Mt. Lebanon Methodist Church. Left to cherish his memory are his long-time significant other, Jean Ann Shaw; stepdaughters, Crystal Ivey (Bobby) and Stacey Cochran; and daughter, Tina Marie Simeone. John was also helping to raise two small children Preston and Aaliyah Richard. Graveside services and Military Honors will be performed at 10:00 AM, Monday, December 19, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery, with Pastor Michael Canada officiating.
