John Alfred Cramer, 58, died at his home in Nicholasville, Kentucky, on July 31, 2024. He was born on January 26, 1966, in Lexington, Kentucky. John worked in construction. He is survived by a daughter, Shannon O’Neal; sons, John Cramer and Jordan O’Neal; his girlfriend, Penny Workman; and her son, Asa Workman. John will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery.
