Joan Noe, 59, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015. She was born in Lexington, KY on June 18, 1956 to the late Raymond and Faye King. She is survived by two children Stacey Van Pelt and Richard Shawn Noe, three grandchildren Hope Lawson Samantha Noe and Dakota Noe and three siblings Rodney, Gina and Barry King.
