Jewell King
July 3, 1924 — October 1, 2009
Jewell King, 85, wife of Warren G. King, died October 1, 2009 after a lengthy illness. She was a member of the Truth and Faith Church of God and a former employee of Hobbs Department Store. Survivors include two sons, Wayne (Robin) King and Kenny (Johnetta) King, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, a brother, Neal Reece and a sister Louise Richardson. She was preceded in death by a son, Owen King and five brothers. Services will be 11:00am Monday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny King. Burial will follow in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5-9pm Sunday.
