Jessie Richard Blevins, 64, passed away August 27, 2015. He was born on June 24, 1951 in Lexington to the late Delbert and Emalean Logan Blevins. He is survived by two daughters Jammie (George) Welch and Jessica Blevins both of Nicholasville. Memorial service will be conducted at 5PM Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the Betts & West funeral home with Brother Coy Day officiating. The family will receive friends from 3-5 PM Wednesday.
