Jerry Howard Hess, 82, husband of Melena VanArsdall, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023. He was born in Fort Scott, Kansas, on August 24, 1940, to the late Howard Hess and Kathleen Kite Hess. He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked for many years in Federal and State Government Administration. There are no services planned at this time.
