James William Hasty, 61, died Thursday, August 30, 2012 after a brief illness. He was born December 3, 1950 at High Bridge, KY, to Ada Sexton Hasty and the late Hubert Hasty. Additional survivors are a daughter, Marcie (Dennis) Hasty, four grandchildren, Brandon and Alex Dennis, Lori-Jo and Bobby Hasty, three great grandchildren, Justin and Jansen Hasty and Iris Dennis, five sister and three brothers. He was also preceded in death by a son Jay Hastey. Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Gillam officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
