Jackie Wayne Smith, 58, husband of Angie Carol Tuggle Smith, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Baptist Health Lexington. Jackie was born on September 23, 1965, in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Marvin Smith and Carrie Bell Masters Smith. Survivors include his children, Justin (Arieal) Smith, and Kevin (Molly) Smith, brothers, Marvin (Karen) Smith, and Ronnie (Janet) Smith, and sisters, Debbie (David) Becknell, and Teresa (Jack) Johnson. He was preceded in death by a sister, Susie Smith. Services will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 23, 2023, at Maple Grove Cemetery with Bro. Bill Bales officiating.
