Irene Neeley Preston, 90, died Saturday, March 21, 2015. Irene was born October 18, 1924 in Owsley County, KY to the late Elias and Nannie Deaton Neeley. She liked to quilt, garden, cook, give away tomatoes, travel and was a great caretaker and babysitter. Family survivors are two children, Linda (Melvin) Price, Diane Allen, eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and other family members. She was also preceded in death by a son Capt. Dan H. Allen. Service will be 7:00 PM Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Bales officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Contributions suggested to Bethel Christian Church Building Fund. Online guestbook at www.BettsandWestfuneralhome.com
