Homer Lloyd Meeks

Homer Lloyd Meeks, 75, husband of Theresa Lynn Cota Meeks, passed away, on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Liberty, Kentucky on April 30, 1948, to the late Raymond Meeks and the late Hollis Patterson Meeks. Homer was retired from the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife Theresa, two sons, Dusty Meeks and Nate Meeks, a brother, Glen (Sylvia) Meeks, several nieces, nephews, and other family members. He was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Vernon Meeks, Billy Meeks, Victor Meeks, Bob Meeks, Lewis Meeks, Karlis Meeks, Ronald Meeks, Lola Nolde, Louise Simpson, Mayrene Simpson, and Fayrene Simpson. Funeral services with Navy Honors will be held at 2:30 PM, Friday, December 29, 2023, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
