Gregrey Lee McLean, age 45, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026, in Cleveland, Georgia. Greg was born on December 8, 1980, in Lexington, Kentucky, to the late Jeffrey Lee McLean and Angela Virginia Corman Davis. Greg enjoyed the outdoors, carving his wooden masterpieces, fishing, and camping. Greg’s hobbies became the highlights he looked forward to every day. He had a giving heart; he always looked for ways to brighten the day of everyone he met, whether it be through gifts, hugs, smiles, or his very witty jokes. He is survived by his mother, Angela “Angie” Davis, and her husband, Rodney, two brothers, Ethan Stewart and his wife, Lori, and Lee Davis, three sisters, Shayla McLean, Shanda McLean, and Abby Davis. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Lyle McLean. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Bales officiating, and the burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Bearers will be Ethan Stewart, Ashley Cornelius, Toby Cornelius, Justin Stewart, Kevin Wheeler, Lee Davis, Brent McCullar, and Carlotta Hardin. Honorary bearers will be Grant McCullar, Joe Cartwright, Stephen Poe, David Horseman, and Ty Cornelius. The visitation will be held from 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, until service time at the funeral home.
