Evelyn Christine Wiggs Richardson Wiley, 90, passed Friday, November 17, 2017. She was born April 30, 1927 in Keene, KY to the late William & Bessie Lee Reed Wiggs. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Surviving relatives include a daughter, Diana Richardson Turner and a son, Stanton Richardson, two grandchildren, Christy Clifton and Stanley Michael Richardson, two great great grandchildren, Ethan and Jonah Rice. Service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Keene Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM Wednesday until time of service at Betts & West Funeral Home.
