Etta Seay Holman Lawson
July 30, 1934 — April 7, 2017
Etta Seay Holman Lawson, 82, widow of Claude Morgan Lawson, passed quietly away on Friday, April 7, 2017 after a short illness. She was born June 30, 1934 to the late Willie Clifford and Iva Belle Robinson Holman. Etta was a long time member of Nicholasville Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing bingo and square dancing. Survivors are three children, Terri (Alan) Duncan, Sharon (Eddy) Locker and Penny (Wendell) Davis, eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and other family members. She was also preceded in death by a son, Wayne Lawson and one great granddaughter, Alyssa Smith. Graveside service will be 10:30 AM Monday at Maple Grove Cemetery. Family will serve as bearers.
